EdPros Digital was luanched by career higher ed accessibility professionals to help colleges and universities meet the growing demand for and necessities of maintain an accessible digital footprint. While many institutions understand the importance of accessibility, far fewer have the infrastructure, staffing, or technical workflows needed to implement it at scale. That’s where we come in.
We focus specifically on the systems, content, and processes that make digital accessibility real, from faculty adn staff training, document remediation and alternate format production to web content and LMS evaluation and workflow design. Our work is hands-on, execution-driven, and designed to integrate directly into your day-to-day operations.
As updated Title II regulations raise expectations for accessible digital content, institutions are increasingly seeking support to build capacity. EdPros Digital provides that capacity through Expert-led assessments, scalable remediation support, and practical strategies aligned with federal requirements (ADA, Section 504, WCAG 2.0). We help institutions move from reactive compliance efforts to proactive, sustainable accessibility practices.
A message from our CEO
Throughout my career in higher education, I have partnered across Libraries, IT, faculty affairs, centers for teaching and learning, General Counsel, and disability resource and accessibility services offices. One thing has remained both consistent and a common challenge: digital accessibility is a shared responsibility, but rarely supported by robust institutional infrastructure. That gap is where much of the real work (and challenge!) lives.
We founded EdPros Digital to help institutions move from intention to execution. Too often, teams are charged with overseeing digital accessibility efforts without the capacity or workflows to implement it, leading to reactive efforts and growing compliance risk. Our focus is on the operational side of accessibility, building systems, supporting remediation, and aligning work across departments.
This work is deeply practical and rooted in experience. We understand the complexity of higher education and the need for solutions that are both scalable and sustainable. EdPros Digital exists to help institutions build that capacity and deliver accessible digital environments with confidence.
